This was Dane's first real Trick or Treating experience. He loved it! He was able to wear his costume twice. He wore it once to a Halloween party and of course for trick or treating. Each time he put his little sweater and red scarf on he became so excited! He would point to Thomas' face and run up to the other kids and excitedly try to tell them who he was supposed to be.
We live in a great neighborhood for trick or treating. Dane loved seeing all the other kids running from house to house. I think it made him feel like a big kid.
Dane was most excited to eat his little box of Dots. I think because it was in a little box just his size. However, the minute he put it in his mouth he spit it out. "Yuck!" he said. Who likes dots?I agree with Dane- Yuck!!
Eliza was just happy to be a long for the ride. She loved seeing the kids running from house to house but of course had no clue what was happening. Matt held her most of the night and he said she squealed when she saw kids laughing and running. What a sweet little Eliza Lou!
